We don't just provide our clients with detoxification for substance abuse, we also help them understand their addiction, set goals for their future without the use of drugs or alcohol, and help them develop skills that will strengthen their recovery and meet their goals. Detoxification is an important element during substance abuse treatment but doesn't focus on other areas of a person's life that are affected due to addiction. It's important to us that all areas of addiction are focused upon in order for our clients to fully recover from the effects of this illness.

At Hayden our staff is committed to helping our clients safely and comfortably detox from the use of substances in order to focus fully on their recovery. Medications are provided when necessary to relieve the overwhelming cravings that are experienced during detox as well as the physical and emotional symptoms of withdrawal. When our clients aren't focusing on the need to reuse, our inpatient treatment and therapy are much more successful during recovery.

When our client's enter our residential substance abuse center they're met with compassion and understanding from our staff which includes physicians, medical staff, counselors, and behavioral therapists. We understand this is an overwhelming and uncomfortable time for our clients and it's important that the environment and staff offers a healing and safe presence. Some of our staff members are also managing long term recovery from the use of alcohol and other substances so we totally understand what our clients are going through during this time.
